The 90 Degree Crossing has many useful applications in railroad design. The 90 Degree Crossing also can be used to create a basic “Figure 8” track configuration. To make a 54” x 23.5” Figure 8, you also need 17 pieces of 11.25″ Radius Curved Track, 1 piece of 11.25″ Radius Curved Terminal Rerailer, and 4 pieces of 10” Straight Track.
